NOTE: This information is for the items in my shop, wedding stationery is separate :)

TIMELINE

Most orders will ship out between 1-4 business days, but I always aim for ASAP! Customized orders may take longer. Custom paintings will be scheduled according to both the client's and my timelines.

Most of my items ship with stamps as letter mail, so they are not guaranteed for any timeline, unless you choose an upgraded option.

General postal timelines depend on your location, and are listed in the shipping options when you check out:

  • Within Canada, orders typically take 2-5 business days, but can take over a week in the busy postal seasons

  • USA is typically 4-7 business days to arrive, but can take a couple of weeks once in a while

  • International is typically 5-8 business days to arrive, but can take a few weeks once in a while

Unless requested, most of my items will be shipped with stamps to keep your shipping costs low. This means the items cannot be tracked, unless you upgrade your shipping. I appreciate your patience, as once your order is in transit I cannot control the timing. Items are seldom lost, but sometimes take longer to arrive :) Please order with extra time, especially during November & December. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks from your order date (or 5 weeks International), please let me know and I will replace it (or refund you if that’s of preference). Thank you!

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you're ordering more than one print or card, they will be packaged together in a cello sleeve to reduce waste.

TRACKING

Standard shipping rates DO NOT INCLUDE tracking or insurance (they are shipped as letter mail). The only exceptions are that Art Prints 11x14" or larger do ship with tracking in Canada, as they are too large for letter mail (factored into the price).

INTERNATIONal

Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are out of my control, so your patience and understanding is appreciated!

Returns & exchanges

All sales are final, unless damage occurs during shipping. If that happens, please reach out ASAP and I will take care of that :)

If you would like to exchange something for any reason, let me know and perhaps we can work it out. The original item(s) would need to be in perfect condition upon return to my studio, and shipping both ways is the responsibility of the customer.
